Through visibility, exposure, and real-world insight, we help young people – particularly those from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds – understand the breadth of roles available within live events and production.

From staging, lighting, and AV to visuals, operations, and behind-the-scenes delivery, we want young people to see what’s possible, and how they might find their place within it.

As part of this commitment, we embed strong health and safety awareness into all training and development initiatives, equipping our team and young professionals with the knowledge and confidence to work safely, compliantly, and effectively across live event environments – aligned with UK regulations and international best practice.
