Carby & Co Ltd, founded by Dean Carby, is a small, but mighty production company built on the principles of diligence, consistency and integrity.
Dean believes that a great company, especially an event’s company is not a one man show, or a one man band. dean has consistently seeked out the best talent over the years to deliver truly exceptional events.
Dean has been a key player in the UK events industry for almost 20 years, originally starting as a radio DJ back when he was a college student to then becoming a popular club DJ and club promoter.
Being someone that is solutions-based, likes to ‘say yes’ and get the job done; he then went on to ‘set the scene’ with other creative elements that complimented his music. This included sound equipment, staging, lighting, DJ booths and more, becoming an audio-visual equipment supplier for other events as well as his own.
Dean realised that he could handle multiple elements of an event, not just the DJ and AV equipment so he started to provide custom stages and furniture, large format printing and more. Dean started to build a reputation in the events industry as a reliable person that his clients could depend on to always deliver almost anything they asked for; plus he was someone that went above and beyond to get it done and make them happy.
That’s when he went on to take on the titles of event designer, producer and manager. the guy that orchestrates everything and brings various design, visual and audio elements together!
Today in 2020, Dean runs Carby & Co event production services. Carby & Co has already worked on projects that involve UK music superstar Stormzy, Garage & RnB Legend Shola Ama, UK comedy legend Jimmy Carr, chart-topping superstars Rudimental and UK football superstar, and legend, Ian Wright!
